toilettes sèches

Le printemps

notre réveil à nous au soleil , toute la semaine 15 ou 20 degrés , l hiver à été rude -22 de la neige de la pluie du vent et des tempêtes de papiers qui ne sont pas fini puis là un panache nucléaire ... ceci dit la seule chose à faire c est booster nos défenses immunitaire ... booster nos défenses anti papiers et espérer que ça passe

ps : les toilettes sèches : bon c est pas terrible une boite en bois mais bon 5 mois sans toilettes ça suffit puis c est pas fini on va la camouflée bref ... c est limite mais au moins ont nous rempochera plus de pas avoir des chiottes , là ont verra bien si il nous faut un permis aussi ...

the dry toilet: well c is not terrible one limp wooden but good 5 months without toilet that is enough is not finished but at least have it , we will see if we need a license also...

L'ART 32 TER A ANTICONSTITUTIONEL !

L'HORIZON POUR UN TEMPS EST TOUT SOLEIL!

Le Conseil constitutionnel a censuré, jeudi 10 mars, treize articles de la loi d'orientation et de programmation pour la performance de la sécurité intérieure (Loppsi 2) adoptée au Parlement le 8 février.

Ainsi l’article 90 (ex-32ter A), ainsi que douze autres articles, de la LOPPSI 2 ont été censurés ce jour par les juges constitutionnels qui ont estimé que :

« L’article 90 permettait au préfet de procéder à l’évacuation forcée de terrains occupés illégalement par d’autres personnes. Ces dispositions permettaient de procéder dans l’urgence, à toute époque de l’année, à l’évacuation, sans considération de la situation personnelle ou familiale, de personnes défavorisées et ne disposant pas d’un logement décent. Elle opérait une conciliation manifestement déséquilibrée entre la nécessité de sauvegarder l’ordre public et les autres droits et libertés. »

C'est aussi un nouveau revers pour Nicolas Sarkozy et pour sa majorité, tant cette loi d'orientation devait permettre de traduire les orientations sécuritaires annoncées par le président de la République dans son "discours de Grenoble", le 30 juillet 2010."Le Monde.

The Constitutional Council censored, on Thursday, March 10th, thirteen articles of the guidance law and the programming for the performance of the internal safety(security) (Loppsi 2) adopted to the Parliament on February 8th.
So the article 90 (ex--32ter A), as well as twelve other articles, of the LOPPSI 2 were censored this day by the constitutional judges who considered that:
" The article 90 allowed the prefect to proceed to the evacuation forced by grounds occupied illegally by the other persons. These capacities(measures) allowed to proceed in the urgency, in any time of the year, to the evacuation, regardless of the personal or family situation, of the discriminated persons and not having a decent accommodation(housing). She operated a manifestly unbalanced conciliation enter the necessity of protecting the law and order and the other rights and the liberties. "
